For two days in April, the Jefferson City community and faith leaders will gather to improve their understanding and appreciation of different religions in Mid-Missouri.
The Festival of Faiths will feature speakers from Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Catholic and Protestant traditions.
The event, held at First Presbyterian Church, 324 Madison St., and First United Methodist Church, 201 Monroe St., is open to people of all faiths.

CRiSTL is back! We believe in inspiring a generation of American Muslim artists and performers to tell their stories and break stereotypes. We believe in reigniting the beautiful and inspiring tradition of art within the Muslim community. Join us for our 2nd annual celebration of St. Louis Muslim Artists and Performers. Muslims are one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse communities in America. That diversity can best be seen through their unique masterpieces, poetry, and craftsmanship done in our community.

CRiSTL is a one evening art exhibition that brings together dozens of local Muslim artists and performers and gives them an opportunity to display their work and talent. As a guest, you'll be able to visit various art tables, speak to the artists, and purchase their artwork. You'll be entertained by the various Muslim performances. The performances include poetry, spoken word, Nasheed (traditional Islamic singing), comedy, rap, and much more. International food will be served during the event which is covered with your $15 admission ticket. A children's section is setup to keep your kids engaged and having fun during the art exhibition. You may come and stay for as long or as little as you like. There is ample parking around the Contemporary Art Museum with security patrolling the streets and ensuring a safe space for all of our guests.

We are passionate about empowering Muslim artists and giving them an opportunity to display and sell their work. If you are a professional Muslim artists or someone who makes art pieces as a hobby we want you at this exhibition. All you need to do is register online to start the process.
